Do you accept returns/exchanges ?

We have a 14-day return policy, with limited exceptions, and valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged or defective items are subject or such item if in stock. All sales are final and will be marked as such which cannot be returned for store credit. 

My order was damaged in transit

If your order/item is damaged during shipping, please contact support immediately within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Our support team will facilitate the next steps, and a photo of the damage will be needed for processing.

If 48 hours has passed since delivery, we are unable to replace or refund your order. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

My order was returned to sender

If your order was returned to sender for any reason, you will receive an email from our support team to fix the issue once it has been delivered back to our fulfillment center. 

Once an item has been marked as returned to sender by the carrier, the only option is to wait for it to arrive back at our warehouse.
