When will my order ship?
- We automatically process all orders once received. Upon successful checkout you will receive an order confirmation, and another one when item has been shipped. You can track your orders via one of our carrier depending on the carrier used, and tracking number you received.

How are orders processed?
- Orders are processed automatically immediately upon successful checkout, depending on the number of orders received. Orders will be process and shipped out within one to three business days.
My shipping address is incorrect – Can I change my order information?
- Please make sure addresses are entered correct as we’re unable to change order after it has been processed/shipped/delivered. You accept full responsibility for information you entered. Please reach out to support if you need additional help.
When can I expect my order ?
- Due to the holiday season in full spring, and the ongoing pandemic (COVID19), there has been higher than normal delays in shipping. We have no control over shipping delays but it’s fair to say our carefully selected shipping methods and carriers have a 95-98% delivery rating. Current shipping delivery time is between 15 – 20 Days

I would like to cancel my order?
- While orders are being automatically processed, cancellation is impossible due to the way our automated systems are setup. Once item has been shipped and received, please reach out to our support team and request a return. Item must be unopened or damaged.
I submitted my order but did not receive a confirmation?
- If you successfully placed an order, please check your e-mail. Our backend would have also sent you an e-mail confirmation in addition to order confirmation shown on your screen after a successful checkout. Please, do not place additional order in order to avoid duplicates, and reach out to support for help.
